How quickly will we see results?
A first analysis with quantification is usually ready in 2 to 4 weeks. We then implement a first use case as a pilot so you see the value on real data before investing further.
What does AI consulting cost?
That depends on the scope: how many areas we look at, how complex your system landscape is and which use cases are implemented. In the intro call we clarify which starting point suits you.
How do you handle data protection and the EU AI Act?
For each use case we check which data is processed and which systems are suitable, and we prefer GDPR-compliant solutions. Regarding the EU AI Act, we outline which obligations apply to your use, for example on AI literacy of employees. This does not replace legal advice.
Do we need our own IT department or lots of data?
No. Many use cases work with the documents and systems you already have today. We work with your IT or IT service provider and take care of the technical implementation.
Do you only work in Dresden and Saxony?
No. We are based in Dresden and happy to be on site in Saxony, but we support companies across Germany. Workshops and implementation also work remotely.
